Bluegreen Liverpool is a year long Big Lottery funded project from Engage Liverpool which aims to encourage use of vacant land in Liverpool city centre and provide the background greenspace information for the emerging Baltic and Waterfront neighbourhood plans.
The project is project managed by Elaine Cresswell in collaboration with My City – The Meanwhile Use Project and reShaped Landscape
